For weddings, especially during the busy summer months, I recommend reaching out 8 to 18 months in advance to secure your date. While having your venue locked in is helpful, you're absolutely welcome to get in touch even if it's still being finalised. I'm always happy to check availability early and love hearing from couples who are excited about having me document their day.
